Fall 2016 Mini Sessions at Crabtree Farms

Having lived in Oregon most of my life, I always took autumn for granted. Didn't everyone experience the beauty of the leaves changing? Curling up next to the fire at night? Sweaters and scarves? Last year I lived in central Florida and never again will I take my favorite season and cold weather for granted.

So this fall, I took full advantage of it. Had myself a fun Halloween in my neighborhood which is just as enthusiastic about Halloween as I am, if not more, which I didn't think possible. Went for hikes and took photos of the beautiful fall foliage. And of course, hosted fall mini sessions for families.

A special shoutout to Crabtree Farms of Chattanooga, Tennessee for allowing us to take photographs on their beautiful property! The staff there was awesome and so accommodating - I highly recommend visiting there sometime and it's open to the public almost daily. www.crabtreefarms.org

Another special thanks to The Montessori School where I work as a preschool assistant teacher. They did a super job getting the word out to all their families about the mini sessions and I couldn't be more grateful. Because of this, I've donated 100% of all the session fees to the school's annual fund.

All of these families were truly amazing and I am so honored they allowed me to photograph them. Here are some of my favorite images in no particular order.

If you feel like you missed out (and we missed you, too!), don't worry - I am available for sessions anytime throughout the year. Mini sessions are only occasionally held so if you'd like to be updated on the next mini sessions, visit my website at www.nicoleorourkephotography.com and add your name to my email list (popup on home page). Or, simply contact me, I'd love to hear from you. =)

Now to the photographs:
